Today we made... Pumpkin pie in a ziplock In a ziplock bag, crush: 3 graham cracker squares Add: 2 tsp. sugar 3/4 T. soft margarine Mix together and spread in the bottom of a tart pan or margarine tub. In another ziplock bag, mix: 1 T. instant vanilla pudding 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice Add: 3 tsp. canned pumpkin 1/3 c. cold milk Mix well, in the ziplock bag. Pour into pie shell Refrigerate 1 hour before serving. Top with whipped topping. Note: You may use pumpkin pie filling instead of plain pumpkin and omit the pumpkin pie spice.
