If Garrett County Schools have a 2 hour delay, then so will Bloomington School. If Garrett County Schools are closed, then Bloomington School will be closed. If Garrett County Schools are dismissing early for inclement weather, then Bloomington School will dismiss early as well. If Garrett County Schools are open, then Bloomington School will be open.
